She was quicker with information that I could have even hoped for. I was very surprised with how attentive she was for just a rental. She gave her expertise advise on negotiating so that we felt we were being taken care of, but were also putting ourselves in a good light for the homeowner, making things a win-win situation for both parties. She made sure the landlord was accepting of 4 college age roommates before wasting both parties time and efforts. (We had previously put down non-refundable application money on a property with a different broker that later informed us that the owner did not want college students!). She came up with options that helped us get approved putting us into the front running of the house. This was an amazing feat because the homeowner originally was steadfast on a 3 year lease term (we wanted a year by year lease) but Gail came up with an option that pleased both parties. We ended up in a different house that another roommate had found but it was such a good experience with Gail that I felt bad that we didn't end up with her house. I'm a stay-at-home mom and even though my son is now college-aged, it's very important to me that his first "home" is safe and fits his needs. I felt that we were in very good hands with Gail and she made this process extremely pleasant with her attentiveness, honesty, and trustworthiness.
